🔁 سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
نضمن حق الاستبدال والاسترجاع لجميع عملائنا، ويشمل ذلك كافة المنتجات المعروضة على متجرنا، وذلك وفق الشروط والأحكام التالية:
- يمكن طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
- يشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية عند الاستلام، وغير مستخدم، ومغلفاً بالغلاف الأصلي.
- بعد الموافقة على الطلب، سيتم إرسال مندوب الاستلام خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.
- يرجى التواصل معنا عبر تطبيق واتساب على الرقم الموضح في بوليصة الشحن، أو من خلال صفحة "اتصل بنا"، لتقديم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
- في حال وجود عيب في المنتج أو تلف، يرجى تصوير المنتج وإرساله مع توضيح المدينة والعنوان ورقم الطلب، ليتم استبداله بمنتج آخر.
- يتم استرجاع المبلغ كاملاً في حال كان المنتج مختلفاً تماماً عن الوصف المذكور في صفحة المنتج على موقعنا.
- لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي استخدام غير مذكور للمنتج أو توقعات لم يتم توضيحها في صفحة المنتج.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
We guarantee our customers the right to return or exchange all products available in our store, under the following terms and conditions:
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Once the request is approved, a courier will be arranged within 3 to 5 business days to collect the item.
- Please contact us via WhatsApp using the number provided on the shipping label, or through the "Contact Us" page to request a return or exchange.
- If the product is defective or damaged, please send a photo along with your city, address, and order number, and it will be replaced with a new item.
- A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on our website.
- We are not responsible for any product usage expectations that are not clearly stated on the product page.
