📦 سياسة الشحن

نعمل على تجهيز ومعالجة جميع الطلبات خلال مدة تتراوح من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل، وذلك حسب موقع العميل وطبيعة الطلب.

يتم احتساب أيام العمل من الأحد إلى الخميس، ولا تشمل العطلات الرسمية.

بعد شحن الطلب، سيتم تزويدكم بتفاصيل الشحنة (إن وجدت) لمتابعة حالة التوصيل.

مدة التوصيل قد تختلف حسب شركة الشحن والمنطقة، وقد تتأثر بعوامل خارجة عن إرادتنا مثل ضغط الشحن أو الظروف الجوية أو العطلات الرسمية.

يرجى التأكد من صحة بيانات الشحن (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، العنوان) لضمان تسليم الطلب بنجاح.

في حال تعذر التواصل أو وجود بيانات غير مكتملة، قد يتأخر الشحن أو يتم إلغاء الطلب.

فريقنا سيتواصل معكم لتأكيد الطلب قبل الشحن لضمان أفضل تجربة خدمة.

We process and prepare all orders within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and order details.

Business days are from Sunday to Thursday and exclude official holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipment details (if available) to track your delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination, and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as shipping delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Please ensure that your shipping information (name, phone number, and address) is accurate to avoid any delays.

Orders with incomplete or unreachable contact details may be delayed or cancelled.
